•Seasons fresh Green chillies are muddled with mustard and traditional aromatic spices and pickled in Lemon Juice. Roasted Garlic makes this pickle subtly edgy and the slight hint of sweet rounds off the chilli flavour making it easier on the palate.
•Together the melody of all the flavours makes this pickle absolutely un-put-downable.
•This is a little twist to our Hari Mirch Jaipuri.Not many know that Green chillies aid in digestion. They are rich in dietary fibre and very high in vitamin C, both of which help in the digestive process. Also, foods that aid in the production of saliva while chewing, are excellent for digestion.
•Pink Himalayan Salt or Sendha namak is used.
